These guys have millions of views on most of their vids, so maybe you've already heard about Epic Meal Time. I had not until this week, when I heard Kevin Pereira briefly mention them on a recent Joe Rogan Experience podcast.
The above is one of my favorites I've seen so far. If you want the gist, watch and enjoy. It's a cooking show, of sorts. Basically, a bunch of Canadian (Montreal?) dudes redo all sorts of meals using massive amounts of meat, especially bacon. Lots of bacon. Then more bacon. And "souss." Booze too.
I think I've watched half of the 100 or so vids in the last two days. I'm not sure because I've lost all sense of time and space, but these things are hilarious so screw it. I should warn that watching these guys eat their epic meals can be pretty gross. At first anyway. You strangely get used to it.

I can only hope Chainsaw Safety Records signs this guy
"Tiny Chainsaw" by rathergood.com, which is a Web site, not a guy. So there goes my headline.

Watch and wait
Even if this Blade Runner replicant continues to freak me out, I dig the If we don't, remember me tumblr blog, which posts cinemagraphs of little moments in films.
Some of the animations are pretty subtle, and some take a few seconds, so keep watching. And yes, some are a little freaky.
IWDRM has a Twitter page too.

Fakin' the Criterion funk

Fake Criterions — fairly self-explanatory.
Most of these are really good, and I'm wondering if some were inspired by artwork on existing Criterions or not as some feel familiar. So, I guess some explanation would be helpful.
So as to avoid confusion, this one's not a fake.
UPDATE: More fake Criterion case art can be found as part of the Dec. 10 "Photoshop Phriday" at Something Awful, including the outstanding example below by HMC.

ATta boy, good armored transport
AT-AT Day Afternoon by Patrick Boivin. Blog-worthy for shooting squirrels with lasers and Jabba the poop. And because AT-ATs are awesome.

Marvel vs. DC: Late Night Wars
In case you didn't catch it on Conan the other night, here's a Taiwanese animation describing the whole late night talk show imbroglio, which steps up the action quite a bit from that Tiger Woods animation. If our news was like this, I might watch it more often.
Also, last Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien tonight! Go Team Coco!

That's the old pepper, kid!
Caught a commercial for The Hangover the other day and I thought I heard "Pepper" by the Butthole Surfers. And I like that song.
I'd post the actual video but the ones I've found online all seem to have a glitch in them, which is a shame as I like the video. So SpongeBob and Patrick will have to hold it down.

Heeeyheeeeyyyyyaaah!

The Internet is always good for some random bits of genius. A recent one you might have seen, or heard, was David Lee Roth's isolated vocal track from Van Halen's classic "Runnin' with the Devil." It might have originated here.
Without the music, it sounds less classic, more hilarious and bizarre. Did he actually write those, uh, sounds?
Anyway, while downing a reported 17 beers with Myers the other week, he clued me to this soundboard of Diamond Dave's vocals from Runnin'. Fun on its own, sure, but it's also very amusing to employ while listening to other music. Just about everything is improved by a little DLR. Enjoy.
Oh, and for more soundboard fun of the Christian Bale variety, see here.

Pork chop sandwiches!
I will be playing some fantasy basketball for the first time, joining a league with some work dudes. And while I don't know what my roster will look like, my team name is strong. For it shall be ... the Pork Chop Sandwiches.

Ah, ah, ah!

Speaking of 30 Days of Night, I liked this entry in a gallery of Photoshopped movie posters featuring the Muppets. I liked the below as well. Via.

Let's party
I've seen this photo in at least three different places recently, so I'm not giving anyone credit, but the awesomeness of this needed to be noted.
