90/99MW: Whatchoo got me hangin' from, Willis?

This video had "[unreleased version]" in the title at YouTube, but this is the only version of Soundgarden's "Pretty Noose" I remember seeing. Off the band's last album, Down on the Upside, the video was directed by noted concert poster artist and toy designer Frank Kozik, or at least I think it was. Don't know any other Frank Koziks.
